Anila is a very professional and very knowledge about every aspect of lending. She will respond to your emails even on nights and weekends. She is very trustworthy and probably one of the best at what she does. The whole transaction was very fast and able to fund very manageable time.

I visited with 3 different Reverse Mortgage Agents and Ellen was the only one who sent me a huge educational package to read and learn to see if this would be the right loan for me. She had me call her if and when I wanted to pursue this loan. No high sales pitch which I greatly appreciated. She was with me through the entire process and is still there for me today.
