My credit isn't the best. The process of refinancing was a little lengthy because of this. Tony Jones was very helpful every step of the way. He allowed us to contact him any hour of the day (or night). He answered any questions we had and helped us find solutions to every problem we encountered. This is the first refinace my wife and I have done. Altough a little stressful because of the unknown, we were reassured at every turn by New American Fundings team. Another lender pulled out midway through our closing due to lack of knowledge. We thought we were going to lose our chance at owning our home. My first time working with Alejndro & his team. My buyer was the one who put us in touch. Naturally, my gaurd is up when working with a new lender but not far in to the transaction I realized that it didn’t need to be with him. The transaction was smooth, seamless, and closed on time.
