LaShonda Wilson and her team were outstanding with helping me purchase my new home!!!! I would highly recommend her if in the market of purchasing a new how, she is so down to earth, but very professional.

We had extremely difficult sellers, so things were exceptionally stressful during our loan and closing processes. However, Shane Roddy was always available via email and phone, and he always responded quickly. We had to postpone the closing date several times due to the sellers, but Shane and his team at New American Funding rolled with it. Our closing came down to the wire on a Friday, and Shane and Tiffany Montalvo both went the extra mile to make sure we could close on time and get possession of our new home before the weekend. Shane is very personable and has a good sense of humor, really easing the stress of the stressful process (made stressful by the terrible sellers). This was our first dive into the home purchase process, and Shane walked us newbies through it and explained everything well. There was one obscure Fannie Mae rule none of us knew about that affected our loan, but we were able to work around it, thankfully. Shane informed us about it the moment he learned about it. Thumbs up to Shane, Tiffany, and their team, for helping us get our dream home!

Phil Martinelli and his team of professionals navigated us through the vast ocean of refinancing. He never lacked honesty and professionalism throughout the entire process. This is our second VA loan with New American Funding and there will be more to come. I never felt I was being taken advantage of or financially molested, not once did we have to "dicker", just straight business and great rates. I would highly recommend New American Funding and Phil Martinelli and his team!!

New American funding is amazing, just refinanced during COVID. Aiyana Smith was incredible during my refinancing. She was very informative, caring and guided me and my wife through the entire process. Even after we closed Aiyana was still answering our questions. Clayton was on the money, thanks to the entire New American funding team!
