Jennifer was incredibly helpful from start to finish and truly went the extra mile. When we had to remove my son from the loan at the last minute and add my wife, she kept everything on track, gave clear guidance on keeping my financials clean, and helped expedite the process. She even met me at escrow and explained the paperwork in plain English so I understood exactly what I was signing. Right before closing, we also had an insurance hiccup, and she pushed hard to get it resolved by the deadline. My wife and I truly appreciate her support and are excited for this next chapter.
