My first time working with Alejndro & his team. My buyer was the one who put us in touch. Naturally, my gaurd is up when working with a new lender but not far in to the transaction I realized that it didn’t need to be with him. The transaction was smooth, seamless, and closed on time. No run around, no excuses. Just a closed transaction and a happy buyer and a happy seller. Win-Win!

My experience with Lindsey Gray of New American Funding was excellent. The whole process was less then a month and she got me out of a loan with a $95 a month MIP, into a loan at the same price, without the mortgage insurance, and I was able to pay off several credit card bills in the process. 5 stars and two thumbs up for Lyndsey.
