My credit isn't the best. The process of refinancing was a little lengthy because of this. Tony Jones was very helpful every step of the way. He allowed us to contact him any hour of the day (or night). He answered any questions we had and helped us find solutions to every problem we encountered. This is the first refinace my wife and I have done. Altough a little stressful because of the unknown, we were reassured at every turn by New American Fundings team.
