Steve was amazing to work with. The entire process was as efficient as possible. He spelled out all of the different loan options and the pros and cons of each. He was blunt with us on things we didn't qualify for and why we didn't qualify. Most importantly, he totally understood everything about loans, and with that information he was able to lay out a path for us to follow to meet our goals. We followed his path and now find ourselves exactly where we hoped to be.

I have done three refinance loans through Phil and they've gotten easier and easier each time. Phil is very professional and knows what he's talking about , The first two ones he had to figure things out for me so that I can get what I want it. The third one was the easiest for him to do because of all my information is in their system and again he's a professional that makes a big difference. I also want to thank Nicole who was very helpful to me and communicate with me and answered me back every time I called or e-mailed. Phil was the same way. Thank you all again.

This was by far the easiest refinance loan process we have ever experienced. Rudi Maravilla was extremely helpful and even presented us a couple different loan ideas of which I hadn’t even considered which worked out to be the best option.
