Erick got funding for my daughter to purchase her first home. But he treated the whole experience like it was his daughter who was buying it. After carefully looking at her income he told her where she had to be to comfortably afford a mortgage and would not let her become house poor by buying something a bit higher. He explained every step to her, as well as me to insure we were both comfortable. Although there was a ton of requests for paperwork, as always, Erick made it seem easy. Many Thanks.
