I want to first start by saying it was an absolute pleasure working Don Daeschner, my loan officer, & Ashlee Fenn who processed the loan. They are a dynamic duo. I would highly recommend New American Funding to anyonI0 looking to purchase or refi. I started with another lender initially who tried to charge me large fees that were hidden in the loan documents. Don was very upfront on lender fees during my home purchase and saved me a ton of money. Again I can't express enough how happy I am. He made my loan, as a self employed borrow with underlying circumstances, work when other lenders told me it wasn't possible.

My father is a 79 year old Veteran who bought a home through New American Funding. The Loan Officer, Devin, as well as the processor did a great job at communicating with my dad throughout the entire process. What is important is the terms did not change and the home closed on time. Devin answered my questions as well as was there to answer all the questions my dad had. So a very well and warm thank you for a great job.
