This was our first time buying a home, so we were unfamiliar with a lot of the process. Michelle made everything so easy to understand. She was always comminicating with us what was happening, and what was going to happen next. There was never any surprises. When our closing finally came Michelle was so knowledgeable. She went over every detail and made sure we knew exactly what everything meant and what was to come. I can’t imagine finding a better lender for the purchase of our first home.

I am fairly tech savvy, but still struggled with the tech related to getting the paperwork done. She was very patient and helpful. I was able to work with the app and get all of the paperwork sent in. It was not difficult, just something I had not used prior to this transaction. She answered all of our questions and made the entire process so easy. She is great to work with!

Michelle was great to work with from the start. I was new to the home buying process and she took plenty of time to explain things to me - and worked hard to get me pre-approved despite still being on my ex husbands mortgage as well. She was always very professional and courteous if things came up- and the process went increadibly smooth. She’s great!

She is so helpful—advising and guiding us thru the process. She was extremely patient when we had technical issues: some were related to platform (Apple vs Microsoft) and some were due to inexperience with the technology. Once we figured out how to use the app on our phones, everything was very simple. She is great to work with and made the process far less stressful.
