I have gone through many loan experiences in my life and I know that they are usually one-transaction experiences. The loan consultant knows that he/she will never see you again and I as a customer know it and we both act accordingly knowing that. They are usually not very professional and completely focused on completing their part to get you to the next stage. The worst ones still require you to fax or postal mail personal information which is a pretty inefficient use of people'a time. My recent experience with New American Funding started off different and just kept getting better. My agent, Jeff Evans, was professional and patient and took the time to explain and then email me and followed up to make sure I was feeling comfortable. Even after he handed me off he made himself available for me to follow up when I needed updates or just reasssurance that the process was moving forward. I finally came across a loan consultant I felt I could trust. Based on this experience and knowing interest rates were low I asked him to refinance my other property and recommended him to my. mother for hers. Rather than be difficult to find as I had seen with other loan agents after the close, he was right there for me. He was just as patient with my mom and we gave him our business for those two loans. Besides Jeff personally, the handoff to the next agent was just as professional. And most importantly they have a very easy to use website to esign some documents and upload others was great. Finally, they sent the notary out to our home to sign docs. I know that other lenders do some of these things but I had not come across one that put the whole package together. This company's loan process (I can tell it is still a very manual and tedious process for them) is very well thought out which is unique for their industry. Especially if you're a busy person without a lot of time to manipulate docs. I would go back to them in a heartbeat for my next loan. I don't think I've said that about another lender.

It was a total pleasure working with new American funding.. the whole loan process was professional and efficient, and as worry free as could possibly be imagined. I would certainly recommend them to anyone that needs their type of services.
