We went through two different loan officers as well as two different loan processors. We started this process in October and it wasn't officially finalized until the end of February. Our experience was abysmal. We were assigned to one loan processor who literally delayed us a month and a half by giving us the runaround and no communication. Then, we were transferred to a loan processor who gave us the same treatment for almost 2 weeks. This experience for my wife and I was 100% more stressful than it needed to be. This should have been a very easy quick and clear-cut loan situation, but almost everyone involved made it so much more complicated than it needed to be. There were multiple times when we thought about just not doing this anymore. My suggestion would be to improve your communication with your customers. The only person we are received an apology from this entire process was our second loan processor, Brittany. She did an amazing job that everyone else in this situation needs retrained.
