Steve was amazing to work with. The entire process was as efficient as possible. He spelled out all of the different loan options and the pros and cons of each. He was blunt with us on things we didn't qualify for and why we didn't qualify. Most importantly, he totally understood everything about loans, and with that information he was able to lay out a path for us to follow to meet our goals. We followed his path and now find ourselves exactly where we hoped to be.

Michael Ponce my Loan Officer and Kelly Dang my processor were nothing short of fabulous. Top notch professionalism and their communication was extraordinary even though I had some issues with my refi we worked thru them and resolved them.
