My LO did a great job explaining everything so there were no surprises. It's the easiest loan process I have ever been through. My loan closed quickly thanks to my mortgage consultant staying on top of the sellers and the title company. I couldn't have closed on time without her.

I hesitated even thinking about buying a new home because I assumed I had just too many negatives against me. Then, a mutual friend told me about Michelle Lambrich. The friend (a realtor) told me if anyone could secure a loan for me it was Michelle. Well, I'm happy to say my friend was right. MIchelle's positive attitude calmed my nerves from day one. She and her staff kept me informed every step of the way and could not have been more helpful and supportive. She showed by her suggestions and actions that she was working for ME during the whole process. I'm happy to say that I closed on my new (for me) home on February 23, less than 2 months after filling out the first paperwork. I couldn't be happier with Michelle and Supreme Lending. And I'm now in a home I love, paying just $60 more a month than I was for rent! Thanks, Michelle.

She did such a wonderful job! We started the loan process with another company and it was nothing but a headache. 2 hours with Michelle and all information was done. We had been working for a week and there was always a request for more information. Highly recommend her! Only glitch was closing date and that was not her fault.

Did a great job- explained everything and was very thorough. Always got back to me very quickly if I had a question or concern. Very positive and courteous. Was nervous to start the process since still on ex husbands mortgage too/ but was able to make it happen.

Michelle is more then your average Loan Officer. I deal with Loan Officers everyday, my daughter was buying her first home and I referred Michelle to my daughter. She took the time to make sure my daughter was getting the best product for her situation. She is always available. During my daughters process, Michelle lost a family member. And in her absence, her team made sure that everything was taken care of, and they were always available to answer all our silly questions. I would recommend Michelle and her team to everyoone I know.
