Tom was very helpful in getting me a mortgage. He was patient, explained everything and responded very quickly to calls and emails. The process was detailed but allowing me to do it all online was a huge time saver.

Mr. Garcia was with me every step of the way. Getting all the required paperwork took time but he helped me get it in. I do not have a printer and that took a trip or two to UPS but we were able to get it done. Thank you for the great service and getting everything done.

About three weeks ago I contacted New American Funding to refinance my home loan. The following is a short version of our experience. Ok, of course all the ratings could not be any higher!! The folks who handled our loan were both great. Here were our comments beyond our basic ratings. Please bear with me while I set the stage. I am a 90% disabled Veteran. My wife is 100% disabled due to MS. Together we live on a fixed income that has taken serious hits during the last eight years of a none supportive President and Administration. My medical and prescription costs which were supposed to be free, has gone up 420% without a pay raise of more than 2% for the same eight years. Thank the Lord we get to change gears here. We can't begin to praise Luke and Grace enough. Let's start with Professionalism. Even though our primary contact was Luke, he and Grace worked together seamlessly. There were a few days we were not available by phone or email due to my being hospitalized. Upon my return home and contacting Luke, his genuine concern was remarkable. As a Veteran who served 25 years ('68-'93) on active duty in both Vietnam, the 1st Gulf War and too many in between. It is rare for me to say this, I felt as though Luke treated me with the care and respect I was Blessed to receive from my Airman. I would hunt Luke and Grace down to do business with again as well as to just call and say high. Don't lose this team.
