Roy was always available for any questions I had during the house hunting process and going through closing. It was my first time buying and his availability helped a lot. Deanna and Yvonne did a great job on getting my questions answered and trying to explain the process to me whenever I asked questions. The only thing that didn't go great, it's not a big deal to me, was the concierge service never got back to me with any gas or power pricing for my area before/after closing.
