While researching my opinions for a reverse mortgage I received a call from John Molavi a. representative for New American. During the conclusion of this conversation he asked me if I was a veteran. I told him I was. He then went on to explain the advantages of this verse a reverse mortgage. This sounded like it was what I needed given my situation. We began a text message/e-mail process. John would send me the required documents and I would return as fast was I could. Throughout the application process John was extremely professional and helpful in answering any concerns I had. He made me feel as ifI was his only client. His attention to detail along with his overall concern for me was truly appreciated. Without ever meeting him it's a if I new him personaly. Very good follow up and attention to detail. This is the second mortgage with Callum MacKinnon in three years. I tried to shop him, but he and his team just out hustle and out price the competition.
