Lili was in charge of our loan and always went above and beyond to help us, no matter how hard things got. She would always keep us informed of what was happening (if things were good or bad) unlike many other loan officers I dealt with in the past who simply gave up and stopped picking up my calls. Lili would stay up late working on my loan, and worked with my hectic work schedule. She is the best, and I will always recommend her to anyone in need! If I could give her 200/10 I would!

Lenny and his team were simply the best! They pushed the title company and the realtors to keep everything on track for closing . They were also there immediately when I had any questions about the process. I felt they were not just lenders in the process , they understood ever part from escrow, insurance , property taxes, etc.

I want to personally recognize two of American Funding's employees for their outstanding work during my mortgage process. Tom DeCoro answered my questions, communicated frequently and explained the process prior to processing taking over. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of through the process. Serei Prak was outstanding during the processing to funding stage. Her patience, ability to provide solutions and kindness were awesome. Absolutely, could not have completed this without all of her help and support.
