Truly had an Angel ???? on my side. Working with Angel not only made this transaction possible but as pleasant as it could have possibly been. With a job change, recent big purchase, and all the no no’s before a home purchase... he would focus on keeping me calm each day and getting me thru the rough patches. Kash and the New American Funding team were AMAZING!! They promptly responded to all of my questions and concerns. In my personal situation, I did not qualify at the larger banks.
