Zach is the epitome of excellent customer service. He demonstrates his passion for his job by ensuring he remains communicative, available, and friendly. The examples of Zach going above and beyond for us are endless. He was willing to answer questions that may have been redundant with no qualms. While doing so, he never made us feel dumb (even though we acknowledge there were some dumb questions sprinkled in). He was accomodating to our schedules by calling us outside of office hours if necessary. He communicated with our realtor directly which alleviated any additional burdens we did not need to experience. Zach was willing to explain and rexplain things we did not understand. We felt these things were done with a genuine desire to teach us. Zach built a relationship with us and eliminated any feeling of this experience being just transactional. As a Purple Heart Recipient, I have had to deal with alot of VA processes and I appreicate authenticity. This experience was by far the best. I have already recommended Zach to anyone who has asked us about our home buying experience because of this. Zach has earned a loyal following from us and wherever he goes we will follow him. Why? Because having someone who works as dilligently and passionately as Zach, is once in a lifetime. We would like to reiterate some points: Zach's work ethic is unmatched.
