Kyle was great. We trusted him completely with some really difficult decisions . He was always available to answer questions when we needed and was always polite and helpful, even when our questions didnt make sense. If I was to buy property again, I would only use Kyle and would recommend 100% to anyone. the best!

I'm so lucky to have connected with Kyle through a mutual friend to get this loan processed and done. Without the help from both him and JoAnne there's no way we would have been able to close this loan. Their efforts exceeded all of my expectations and I'd recommend them to anyone. If I emailed them a question that got there "after business hours" I could always expect a response back no matter the time. The white glove treatment that my wife and I received from them was truly unmatched. I know that moving forward there's no team that I would ever work with and/or trust to make sure that the loan closed.
