I have used NAF two separate times now. Both times went very smooth, and was always kept in the loop. Chip Esajian was our loan assistant, he was prompt and made sure we always knew what was going on and that I understood all aspects of the loan process before moving onto additional steps. We were is great need of a house for our daughter and her young family, who was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma, whose lease on a very inadequate house was just weeks away. New American Funding understood our situation and gave our loan priority. For example, Stephanie Minjares, who was off work one Friday, came on line and worked through the afternoon to make sure that every last item was correct so that the final submission of the loan application could be made ASAP. We signed the final papers on the very day we needed to have possession of the house, thanks to the people at NAF, especially Chris Thomson and his team.
