Zach made this experience great despite the curveballs thrown our way. Enduring the loan process was tediuos and at times draining. Zach always came in with a resolution-focused and goal-oriented mentality. Somehow he was always able to get us re-motivated in finishing the loan process when we felt discouraged and ready to "throw-in-the-towel". Zach was extremely knowledgeable in the VA loan process and every hunch he had was spot on. There was not one time where a question went unanswered. If there was something he was not sure on, he always circled back to us. Knowing now what the loan process entails, I am so grateful we had someone like Zach on our team. His professionalism, personabilitly, and genuine care for us as people outshined any negative expereince we had. Because of these traits, we have already recommended him to all the veterans and civilians we know.
