Through several unfortunate events in my life, I found myself in a financial situation that was best solved by taking out a mortgage on my home, which was paid for. Because it is a manufactured home, it was not an easy task and after two failed attempts, I was about to give up. Gabriel Garcia, a loan officer for New American Funding, worked with me and saw me through to the end. There were a few bumps along the way but Gabriel continued to encourage me until the process was complete. I would recommend New American Funding to anyone seeking a new or refinanced mortgage.

Tae Kim from New American funding was terrific to work with on my refi of my home mortgage. He answered all my questions and helped me through the process to get it through in shortest time possible. He retured all my calls if he didn't already answer when I called in. Very helpful!

Lili was out loan officer and she was the BEST! It was a long and hard process for my dad, and Lili did everything she could to help him along the way. She went above and beyond working long hours and thinking outside the box, to do everything in her power to get my dad approve. We couldn't have done it with out her!

I heard Bill Handel giving New American Funding (NAF) a plug on the radio and I decided to submit an email inquiry. From my first contact with Bob Hosteler, he was easy to talk with and explained the process in a way that made me feel very comfortable with choosing NAF. The electronic system made the refi process very transparent. I am definitely pleased with the ease of using the system, level of communication, staff professionalism, as well as the timeline to finalize the refi. I wholeheartedly recommend NAF and will use the company again.
