Anila and her team (Diego) were fantastic throughout the entire process with these clients. They constantly worked with the clients to keep their pre-approval active over the 2 years of house hunting( through job changes and life changes) for the clients. We came upon a home they loved and it was a very competitive situation so we needed to close very quickly. Anila and Diego worked at lightning speed to get it all done for us. The Buyers and Sellers were both thrilled.

Everything was great but appraisal. They had absolutely no flexibility, we had to do it in the middle of home improvement project with mess everywhere. I thought, for the money it costs, they could come some time we like, it was obviously a side job for evenings. He didn't even check if we have AC in the building. Then he compared some Zillow ads and priced our house in the middle. I dealt with several appraisals in the past and this was far worst and unprofessional.
