I am writing in gratitude to NewAmerican Funding and in particular to Nancy Rehse from NAF for the outstanding job in the recent refinance of our home in Colorado. My wife and I have now refinanced with Nancy and NAF multiple times in the past 8 years. We have saved thousands of dollars and for Senior Citizens like us who are living on a small income this is very important. Each time the process was painless. Nancy was preemptive in letting us know when the timing was right to refinance. Nancy is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable and skilled in the confusing (for us) process of refinance, and friendly and helpful in the process, each time making us feel cared for. Monique Sanchez did a really fantastic job for us. She expalined the different programs available and helpd us make the proper decision. She kept us informed of the prograss dureing he entire procedure and was always coureous. I highly recommnd her if you are in need of a real estate loan of any type.

Dylan Guibert is what made this process great! He is patient and actually searches out answers for you if he doesn't know them. For a first time homeowner and a first time re-financier he made sure no question was left unanswered during the process. He went out of his way to be available to my husband and me, even during the holidays and I just think that's a testiment of Dylan, he cares about you and he wants to make sure you can count on him.
