My wife and I have been looking for a house for the past 2 years. When it was time to start getting serious about it, we reached out to Ron. He helped us get a pre-approval and not only that, him and his team were able to get us through pre-underwriting so when the time came for the loan to go through underwriting and fund, there wasn't a single delay. Boom! Right through! If you are not super savvy with home loans and the process associated with them, he does a great job explaining the process and how everything is going to shake down from the beginning to the end! If you are a first time home buyer, refinancing, or even looking to get into another house, Ron is your guy!

I wouldn't use anyone else than the loan ladies (Karen Orr and Christina Bradshaw) they have gotten me through 1 new home loan, 2 investment new loans and 2 refinances. They work hard, push through any obstacle and are great to work with.
