I have never purchased a home before and had been told by others homeowners I know that it can be a grueling process. I was referred to New American Funding by my realtor Connie Manning and I cannot begin to tell you what a blessing it was to have this realtor and financing company in my corner. After selecting a handful of homes i found the perfect one for me. Lissa Fragga immediately got to work on funding and my realtor went to bats on this house for me. Needless to say I got my house. Lissa Fragga and Connie Manning took care of everything. All I did was have to sign papers. I never even had to go to them they always came to me. I was a very smooth process. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend this company, Lissa Fragga in particular and realtor Connie Manning to anyone looking to purchase a home.
