Great lender! Luke was experienced in VA loans and gave me full confidence we would close with our layered finances and maternity leave coming up. He was significantly more communicative and explained things more clearly than both Navy Federal and the MS Veterans Home Purchase Board. His team was also very efficient and kind. Tim Allen deserves a 10 star review for the work he does behind the scene.The daily phone calls ,if needed.My experience with Tim was educational and there was never a day my never ending questions went unanswered.Tim always answered my questions in a manner that I could understand.Being a retiree in my seventies I had plenty of these questions in a way I understood.If I didn’t understand Tim Allen would review it until I understood.This is by far my my biggest decision in a long time and no doubt the best one I have made.Jack Beck Miramar Beach Florida
