Andrew Pasillas was amazing. This is my six mortgage I attained and my best experience. He answered all my questions and returned all my calls on a timely matter. If he didn’t know the answer he would find it for me. He spoke in a language which I understood and treated the situation with urgency and professionalism. I am happy to say integrity was a strong attribute he portrayed. If you need to refinance or a find a mortgage I would recommend Andrew Pasillas for the job. I first started looking into different loan companies to refinance, only to be told I would never qualify. After living in my home for 27 years and facing a terrible divorce, the thought of losing my home too was unimaginable. From the begining Mr Martinez was very upfront. He explained it could be challenging but he would do everything possible to secure my loan. I have no doubt without his perseverance, I would not be in my home today. To say he went the extra mile is a major understatement. Words can't begin to describe how truly grateful I am. Mr Martinez and his team were there for me every step of the way.
