Shawna was recommended to me by a friend and boy oh boy! I was not disappointed in the least! From the beginning of the home buying process her communication was spot on and she explained anything I needed clarification on without making me feel like I was dumb. I truly felt like she fought and worked HARD for me to get me the best rates possible and make everything a reality. She talked through all of my options to make sure I knew we were making the best decisions and explained the “why” of each. Even with the hiccups we experienced (which were very few) she was quick to communicate so we could be on top of it. She’s knowledgeable, hard working, kind, and just a pure joy to work with! Arnold and the team were communicative, responsive, and direct and honest at all stages. Arnold went above and beyond to explain the loan and interest r*** to me so I could feel confident at signing.
