My experience with Mr. Nadder Khatemi, mortgage loan officer, far surpassed any banker I've dealt with in the past. He is a consummate professional, & simultaneously a very approachable person. It was easy to communicate with him, via email or by voice. He returned calls within twenty-four hours or less. Assistance was readily available when completing required documents. When I made the decision to re-finance I looked at a number of options and companies. For the most part I ran into what were essentially brokers who had a set of rules and provided basic service.
