Rau was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was very attentive, worked extremely hard to make the deal happen, and always communicated clearly with me every step of the way. He was fair, honest, and always kept me informed so there were no surprises. He was easy to reach, easy to talk with, and took the time to answer every question I had. The entire experience was smooth because of his professionalism and dedication. I would 100% recommend Rau to anyone looking for a mortgage. He made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and straightforward.

Justin made the mortgage process way easier than I expected. I went into it thinking I’d be stressed out, confused, and probably Googling things at 2 a.m. Instead, Justin walked me through everything step by step, answered every question, and somehow made the whole thing feel simple. He was always quick to respond, explained things in plain English, and actually made the process enjoyable. I’m convinced he knows the mortgage world so well he could probably approve a loan while grilling burgers and watching a ballgame. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.
