Matt made it great. Constant communication and always available to answer questions and concerns. Matt went out of his way to make sure that the transaction(s) processed and closed. It's not an easy job as we are both retired from working at Chase Mortgage for over 20 years. Matt has helped us and had our backs since 2016 when we first used him. All of our mortgage needs will be with Matt in the future as he is someone we trust explicitly. You should be very proud to have Matt as an employee. We are very grateful to have him in our corner.

both the loan officer and the processor were Amazing. Jimmy made me feel like I was a family member in NAF. I had asked Jimmy multiple questions and he always got back to me ASAP and explained anything in great detail beyond the basics. Jimmy was very knowledgeable in this field and made it very easy to look for certain things whether it was home insurance or questions to ask the sellers. Jimmy made it very easy and relieving purchasing a house and felt very happy anytime I would be with Jimmy.
