The loan processor, Leslie Pumfrey was super amazing and was very quick to respond to any questions I Had. It was very nice having an amazing team helping me make such a big purchase. Matt made it great. Constant communication and always available to answer questions and concerns. Matt went out of his way to make sure that the transaction(s) processed and closed. It's not an easy job as we are both retired from working at Chase Mortgage for over 20 years. Matt has helped us and had our backs since 2016 when we first used him. I highly recommend Dan & his team at New American Funding in Everett when looking for a mortgage. We were looking to downsize to a rambler after living in a 5 bedroom split level for 37 years. We needed a mortgage because we were not willing to put our house on the market until we found something we would love to move into. Dan & his assistant Jason provided a spread sheet with options & costs & answered all our questions so we could pick the option that worked best for us. I love that you get to talk to a real person when you call their office! When we didn’t want to fill out forms & submit info via computer they let us bring paperwork to their office. Added bonus free street parking! Once we made an offer on a house, we were turned over to Josh, our loan officer assistant, who kept us informed of each thing we needed to do & the progress of the loan. Not only do they answer their phone, they know who you are. In these times of just being a number at big businesses, this was a breath of fresh air!
