Prompt, accessible, personable. Refinanced my house in Redondo Beach a year and a half ago. Looked at doing another refi 6 months ago , but Chris Loughnane at NAF showed me how it would cost me more than I would save and told me he wouldn't recommend it. Imagine a mortgage broker stopping me from wasting my money despite loosing a commission. That is Chris! So, of course I used him to buy my daughter a condo last month in Flagstaff. I also referred my best friends mother to him. She was trying to refi her house, and the banks wouldn't help her. I told her to use Chris, and he got it done. NAF is great, but when you call, ask for Chris Loughnane.
