Lisa. Lisa made it all great. Going in, I was terrified, I understood nothing. I wouldn't have even known I was in a postion to own a home if it weren't for Lisa. I had no hope on that front. I left in a far better place when I was done because of Lisa's knowledge, experience, and patience. She was always prompt, informative and friendly. I never once felt ignored or unsafe - and trust is an issue for me. I would've never owned a home again if it weren't for Lisa. She stayed with me for the whole (very long) time - which dragged out due to issues I had on my end, nothing to do with Lisa. I have already recommended her multiple times, always will.
