Excellent customer service, great customer service. The ONLY gripe I have is the underwriter asked a few questions that I felt were NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS (considering my credit score). But in the end, it all worked out.

I applied for a mortgage loan with Zions Bank back in April of 2016. After more that 6 months of waiting (2 credit pulls and 2 appraisals, only because the 1st credit pull and appraisal had expired) I finally told Zions I needed a "yes" or "no". They claimed they didn't have enough time to analyze my complex tax returns. Once I took my file to Natalie, she had my mortgage loan approved in 13 days! Natalie is a true professional and is an expert in analyzing complex applications. I can't recommend her enough to any of my CPA firm's clients!
