We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with our mortgage lender. We can't say enough good things about Joe. From day one, he made himself completely available to us—even meeting with us after hours to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable moving forward. I was traveling frequently for work while my spouse was home with two little kids, so we were probably his most difficult clients, but Joe never once made us feel that way. Joe was always kind, friendly, funny, and incredibly patient, and he explained the entire lending process in a very clear and simple way. Joe took so much stress off our plate and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and calm. We're very thankful to have met Joe and had him advise us.

Bob made th loan experience much less stressful than prior home loan experiences. We hope to never have to go through another loan process but I would be more than happy to go through it with Bob . He explained everything and made sure he gave us written numbers so we could understand the complicated details of the bridge loan. He also showed empathy and understanding which we have never experienced with our other home loans before. Would highly recommend anyone to work with Bob and he will make the experience easy, understandable, and will always show the client grace.
