I started my refi with a phone call on Aug. 6th the loan closed and was fundedAug. 30th and unlike a bank this was done in the same year. NAF (New American Funding) worked hard to make this happen , as long as I replied to the information they requested in a timely manner it became a team effort. There was no changing of rates or terms. I would recommend them highly and this the second time I financed through them. Both times were easy ,NAF is as serious about your refi as you are. I was never left waiting for a return call or an answer to my question.
