Our lives are super chaotic with 2 young kids, 2 demanding full time jobs, and getting ready for the move. We were not super on top of getting documents ready, etc. The NAF team members were so amazing, and so patient at reminding us what we need to submit, and were offering assistance in getting some of the documents.
