He always takes the time to educate me and answers my questions when I need help understanding things in the closing process. Also, he is phenomenal at communicating and working with other people Involved in the closing process- he utilizes closed loop communication and ensures everyone involved on the same page (buyer, realtor, insurance agent, appraiser, etc.)
