Peter was an exceptional lender throughout our home-buying process. He was always on time, highly responsive, and kept everything moving smoothly. What set him apart was his ability to offer a financing product that very few others could. While other lenders will consider RSUs as income only if you have a proven history, Peter’s approach allowed us to include RSUs and a signing bonus from Amazon even without a tech-sector income history.
