Ethan was friendly and very well informed. He answered all of our questions and repeated himself when we didn't understand. At no point were made to feel stupid or like we should know what we were asking. He was extremely professional and above all kind. We had a bad experience a year ago when we originally considered buying a house with a different company and everything that made that experience negative, was completely the opposite with Ethan. Someone give this guy a raise!
