Your two representatives that I dealt with communicated every detail of the process to me. I never felt loss through the entire process. I was told what to expect and how to prepare for next steps in the process. When I didn't know something, I ask Andrew Yee for clarification and he explained everything to me so that I can understand. Andrew was amazing!
