Eric Nunez made it a great experience when I bought my home in Houston. He is thorough, professional, and great at educating me on things I'm not familiar with. He always takes the time to educate me and answers my questions when I need help understanding things in the closing process. Also, he is phenomenal at communicating and working with other people Involved in the closing process. He utilizes closed loop communication and ensures everyone involved is on the same page (buyer, realtor, insurance agent, appraiser, etc.). Also, he is very responsive and is easy to communicate with. I highly recommend working with Eric Nunez!
