Reginald was great and always responded even if he needed to find out more. He always acknowledged our messages. Sarah was very friendly and could have responded a little more to some of questions and concerns. She did when we talked to her on the phone and questioned her or Reginald would respond back if we sent him the message. Either way I feel that all of our questions and concerns were met. Tom was amazing. He was right on top of things. I knew exactly what I needed to do. If there were questions he let me know so I could help him get whatever else he needed. He was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. In my mind there is only ONE mortgage person they should use and that is Tom!
