Chasten and the group at Zin Mortgage group were fantastic. They were honest, articulate and communicative. All things I really appreciated during the home buying process. Chasten set up meetings early and regularly to keep us informed. He gave us a lot of education about our loan options and was pivotal in helping us navigate making the best loan decisions. He had all the information I could ask for and came prepared for every conversation we had. We relocated from outside the KC area and I would frequently reach out to Chasten and his group for their thoughts. It was tremendously helpful getting their insight into a new area. One thing I have to shout out, when we put in an offer on the house we ultimately moved into, the selling agent told us the house got multiple offers and that part of why the sellers accepted our offer was that the selling agent mentioned to them that he'd had business with Chasten at Zin Mortgage Group before and that they were one of the best in the area. I genuinely believe Chasten and his team are part of the reason we got our offer accepted. We were really fortunate to get passed their information when deciding who to do our financing with.

There is a reason TaShonna’s last name is Starr! If I could give her 15 stars, I would! She is absolutely incredible. She recently helped me purchase a new home out of state, and she made the entire process an absolute breeze. TaShonna was always available when I needed her, kept me informed every step of the way, and worked creatively and quickly to solve a couple of last-minute challenges. I always felt like I knew exactly where things stood and that she was looking out for me throughout the process. Buying a home, especially from out of state, can be incredibly stressful, but thanks to TaShonna, it was easy and seamless. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better person to guide me through it. I would recommend her without hesitation!

George is a man that is easy to trust. In every interaction we had, I never felt lied to or manipulated. He was honest and straightforward about loan amounts, interest and relevant requirements. He was kind and respectful to both me and my wife. There were no hidden fees or extra paperwork that came up in closing or the weeks after.
