There were definitely some stressful moments along the journey, but they always took the time to explain things to me, answer my questions, and keep me updated. As I mentioned to Kiet , Jeff's involvement was what soured my experience. He wasn't easily accessible nor did he seem to care as much about gettin me to the finish line as he did with "processing my file" . With mortgages being one of BIGGEST transactions of more consumers life, it should be treated as such
