Kristen Vagedes. She made it great. Always helping me, walking me thru what I needed to do and keeping me on track. Overall the process went well. The only hiccups were during the docs signing where there were a couple of dates/times that got set but cancelled. Tina was the shining light throughout that part, making sure I knew what had happened and when the next signing date/time was. Overall she is the best to work with. I will definitely use her again!!
