Nate Jones is one of the best in the business. Period. We just closed a really difficult deal in Shadow Glen ridge in San Carlos, and between the new fire insurance regulations, patio inspections, HOA issues, and everything else that came with it, there were plenty of moments where it felt like this deal was just not going to happen. Nate made it happen. I’ve known of him since his U.S. Bank days, and he’s always had that reputation the guy who can get the hard deals done. He has exactly the personality you want in a lender: direct, no nonsense, responsive, calm, and not easily rattled. He’s with a great new team, has more options than he did at U.S. Bank, got my buyer an incredible rate, and we only needed a few extra days to close. After we closed, another loan officer working on a deal in the same HOA couldn’t get hers done. She asked me for Nate’s number and was basically marveling at how he managed to pull ours off. I get it. I honestly don’t know another lender who could have gotten this one done. Nate makes my life easier, makes my clients’ lives easier, and he’s absolutely someone every agent should have in their pocket.
