First of all, Gary did a phenomenal job in our loan process. My mom and I felt really comfortable working with him right off, he had our utmost trust and handled a number of our loans. He went the extra yard, even coming multiple times to my mom's home and bank to help us gather documents and explain things clearly as we went along. He is rapid response to any queries or concerns and most importantly, very knowledgeable and attentive to the current mortgage environment, getting my mom just the right loan at the right time which ended up saving a big chunk of money ($450 month!). He was a dream to work with and would be the first guy to call if you're starting out in the loan process. Thank you so much, Gary!

The entire team was great. Sharlene is a wonderful leader and super honest person to do business with. She never over promised anything and she always kept us in reality. She is very knowledgeable in her field and very professional. Her experience shone through the whole time. She knew exactly what would work best for our particular situation and she even pressed the realtor team to double make sure that things were going as they should. I couldnt say enough great things about her and the team in this review that would do any justice. She went above and beyond in helping us throughout the tedious loan process and I could say the same for the entire team. Everyone we delt with reminded me of someone helping out a family member. I never felt as if it was a only a transaction. As a first time home buyer we really needed someone to hold our hand throughout this process and we wouldn't have had it any other way besides sharlene and her team. We don't see ourselves buying another home anytime soon but we would definitely use her and the NAF team again or recommend them to others. Thank you all for your hard and dedicated work! Cheers.

Jeff and Crystal were great. Sometimes it was hard to get an answer from Crystal but I'm not sure if it was because she didn't have the information. Crystal was always very pleasant even when we were a bit overwhelmed with the process. Jeff was fabulous and always answered our questions promptly. If he didn't have an answer, he quickly inquired and responded to us timely.
