Matt Wilson is a great lender. I've been selling homes for 10 years in middle Tennessee and have worked with several different lenders. Math is one of the best I've worked with. He communicates clearly. He is even-tempered which is very helpful considering that the lending process can be very stressful for buyers at times. He is thorough and makes sure that people are properly vetted before giving them a preapproval. This helps the process along very well for me as a realtor when I am communicating the validity of my buyers to potential sellers and their agents. I highly recommend Matt and will continue to send my clients to him.
