The communication was terrible. Deadlines and important dates were communicated to our clients and not to us. Miguel went on vacation and we didn’t even know. Client was not even advised of the cash to close amount or date/time or closing. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lender.

I was not pleased with my experience because: 1. I was offered a interest rate lower than when I closed. 2. I was going FHA and the home didn’t qualify, so I had to go conventional. 3. Chris tried to talk to me about important things while he was using the worst Bluetooth connection ever. 4. Being available for a question is important to your customers. 5. I should have closed two weeks before, but because “we are backed up” or “we are slammed is not an excuse. This Veteran, not happy.

Robert was professional, courteous and informative and made the transaction we worked on together go smoothly.

Between quoting me a wrong interest rate, calling me by the wrong name, making many errors in emails, noting went right. The lack of communication and arrogance was to much for me. As a result I contacted his manager and refused to work with him from an early point in the process.

Communication was very poor. It took well over an extra month to close. Everyone in the deal was highly frustrated.

Not being lied to, not being quoted a lower interest rate, having my questions answered, being called the right name.... just decent customer service... This company was by far one of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Tammie was rude... I refused to deal with Chris anymore and Andrea did ok but rarely had answers.

Working with a competent group of people. There were errors on paperwork, they got our name wrong, quoted us interest rates for a different type of loan than we applied for. They had very poor communication. We’re slow to respond and answer questions. When you push them for answers, they get irritated like you’re an inconvenience. Just a horrible experience. I’ve never been so glad to have a major life even completed.

My agent tried to get a loan through this bank for a couple that was interested in buying my house. She had contacted Steve and he was doing the loan for them. He specifically told the couple and my agent that he could get them approved for the loan and after he got all the information from them all we had to do was wait for the underwriter to approve the loan and it was sitting on the underwriters desk. After this he had no contact with my agent or the buyers after numerous calls they had made and left him. Come to find out over a month later that he had lied about it being on the underwriters desk the whole time and they were not actually approved. He wasted my time and the buyers time. To top it off we lost out on a house that we were contigent on because we only had a month contigentcy on it since he said they could get approved. He is very unprofessional and I will NEVER recommend this bank to anyone. I'm sorry but you do not lie about this. If he would of been strait forward and said in the first place they were not approved it would of been fine instead of jerking us around the whole time. Be lucky I don't call the BBB about this whole thing!
