I have to tell you, I was the LISTING agent on a transaction where Carryne was the lender. This was a nightmare because there was an issue with the HOA in this particular sale. Other lenders would have (and did) walk away. Not Carryne! She not only showed us what had to be done to get the loan done, but found the correct people, communicating with the HOA management and got it DONE! She was amazing! She updated the buyer's agent and me at every step of the way. She hung on with this buyer and our escrow for SIX months!!!! I truly cannot express my gratitude and thanks for all that Carryne did to make this happen! We closed Escrow today because of Carryne! We are all incredibly grateful!
